Chiang Mai is celebrated for its tranquil ambiance, historic temples, artisan villages, and scenic mountain landscapes. Highlights include Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, lively night markets, traditional handicrafts, and a wide range of cultural and nature-based activities.

 

Itinerary

Day 1

Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi international Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative at gate no. 3 or 4 and private transfer to your accommodation in Bangkok. Arrive at your hotel & check in. The rest of the day is yours to explore the vibrant city at your leisure.

Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Chiang Mai, the cultural capital of Northern Thailand. Upon arrival, meet our local representative and transfer to hotel for check-in.

19:00 hrs: – Transfer from hotel to Khantoke restaurant.

19:15 hrs: – Enjoy a traditional Khantoke Dinner, an authentic Lanna dining experience served on a pedestal tray. The menu features Northern Thai specialties such as Gaeng Hang Lay, Nam Prik Ong, Cab Moo, fried chicken, seasonal vegetables, and sticky rice.

20:00 hrs: – Cultural performances featuring traditional Northern Thai music, Fingernail Dance, Sword Dance, Ramwong Dance, and colorful Hill Tribe performances by the Akha, Yao, Lisu, and Karen communities. Guests may participate in the Ramwong Dance for an interactive cultural experience.

21:00 hrs: – Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast, Proceed for a full-day excursion to Doi Inthanon National Park, home to Thailand’s highest mountain peak.

 

08:30 hrs – Scenic drive to Doi Inthanon (approximately 8,500 feet above sea level), part of the Himalayan mountain range and a sanctuary for diverse flora, fauna, and birdlife.

10:30 hrs – Visit the summit and explore the Ang Ka Nature Trail, known for its moss-covered forests, ferns, and seasonal rhododendrons.

11:30 hrs – Visit the Twin Royal Pagodas, built to honor the King and Queen on their 60th birthday anniversaries.

12:30 hrs – Stop at the Hmong Hill Tribe Market, offering local produce, flowers, and handicrafts.

 

13:00 hrs – Lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00 hrs – Visit Baan Khun Klang and the Royal Agricultural Project, showcasing sustainable farming initiatives.

14:45 hrs – Visit a Karen Hill Tribe Village at Baan Sop Had.

15:30 hrs – Visit Wachirathan Waterfall, one of the most impressive waterfalls in the park.

16:30 hrs – Transfer back to your accommodation.

 

Note: Temperatures at the summit are cool throughout the year. Warm clothing is recommended.

Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 4

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Chiang Rai, Thailand’s northernmost province, bordering Myanmar and Laos. This one-day trip offers a unique blend of modern Buddhist art, ethnic culture, and scenic landscapes.

 

07:30 hrs: Scenic drive to Chiang Rai. On the way, visit Mae Khachan Hot Springs and Wat Rong Khun (White Temple) – a contemporary masterpiece by renowned artist Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat.

13.00 Hrs: Lunch at a local restaurant (Thai buffet)

14.00 Hrs: Visit Baan Dam Museum (Black House) by national artist Thawan Duchanee and Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple), admired for its vivid blue and gold design.

17.00 Hrs: Transfer back to your accommodation.

Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 5

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for your domestic flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to hotel for check in and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 6

Morning breakfast at the hotel.
08.00 Hrs.- Proceed for half-day guided tour of Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha in Bangkok.
GRAND PALACE:
The Grand Palace Bangkok is a 218,400 Sqm man-made island with a complex of numerous buildings, halls, pavilions, temples set around open lawns, gardens and courtyards. Located in the heart of Bangkok, situated on the banks of Bangkok major river, the Chao Phraya. Construction of the palace began on May 6, 1782, at the order from the founder of the Chakri Dynasty, King Rama I. Its asymmetry and eclectic styles are due to its organic development. Additions and rebuilding being made by successive reigning Kings over 235 years of history, especially during the reign of King Rama V. 1853 -1910.
WAT PHRA KAEW (EMERALD BUDDHA TEMPLE):
Wat Phra Kaew, Thailand’s most sacred Buddhist temple, houses the revered Emerald Buddha, carved from a single piece of green jade and seated in a meditative posture. Surrounded by elegant courtyards and exquisite royal architecture, the temple is a must-visit cultural and spiritual landmark in Bangkok.

Afternoon transfer back to the hotel & free at leisure.

16.00 Hrs.- Transfer to ICONSIAM Grand shopping Mall’s pier # 2
18.30 Hrs.- Reach the check in point.
19.00 Hrs.- Board a luxury Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise and enjoy an international buffet dinner accompanied by live music, while admiring Bangkok’s illuminated riverside landmarks.

21.15 Hrs.- Transfer back to hotel.
Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 7

Morning breakfast at hotel. At the appointed time, Transfer to Suvarnabhumi International airport & End of service.
